Welcome to our Dedication Service today!

10.00am - Prayer for our services.  All welcome.

10.45am – Dedication Service

After the service, prayer is available for anyone who would like to be prayed with – please make your way to the front of the church where the prayer team will meet you.

Please join us for tea and coffee after the service in the hall.  If you are a visitor here today, we have a welcome leaflet available.  Please ask if you have not received one.

6.00pm – Evening service

Hearing Loop – There is a loop system available downstairs in the centre seating block for those who need it.

Pastoral Care Meeting

There will be a meeting of all Pastoral Care workers, with Pam, this afternoon at 4.30pm.  This will be held at church in the back room.  Please try to attend if you are on the team.

Church Meeting

There will be a church meeting here tomorrow night at 8pm.  All members are encouraged to attend.

Nancy & Phillip Concert       

Nancy and Phillip will be holding a fundraising music concert here on the 24th November from 8pm.  There will be new material as well as some of their old songs.  Donations from the evening will go towards the Bulabakulu Orphanage in Uganda.  Tickets are now available from the church office or Revelation Bookshop.

Spirituality Workshop, Bristol

If anyone is interested in attending a workshop on Spirituality at the Bristol Baptist College next Saturday, please contact Margaret who can offer lifts. 

The Luncheon Club

The Luncheon Club for our seniors will be meeting this Tuesday at midday.  Terry and Edna are organizing the event so if you need to know any details, please speak to them. 

Ladies’ Weekend Feb ‘08

Spaces for the ladies’ weekend are going quickly!  If you have expressed an interest in going, please make sure you have filled in a form and paid your deposit to Pam.  Thank you.

Christmas Letters to Prisoners (CLP)

CLP are looking for more writers.  Prisoners in this country need reaching with the Christmas message.  For more details, see Audrey.

Christmas Hampers

This year we would once again like to make up some hampers as a way of showing God’s love to those in our congregation who might appropriately be blessed in this way.  If you would like to contribute, please place your contribution in the small orange box on the table at the back of the church.  We will be collecting until the 2nd December.  If you would like to gift aid your donation, please use a brown envelope.  Thank you.

Tots Accompanied

Cathy is looking for one or two more little children’s tea sets for the Thursday morning tots’ group.  If you have one and no longer need it, please bring it in to the church office.

Traidcraft Table

There will be a fair-trade/traidcraft table in the coffee hall after the morning service today.  Ask Bex about the Christmas catalogue as well!

Care for the Family

Please see the purple leaflets at the back about a Care for the Family event being held in Swindon on the 28th Nov…”How to bring your kids up in church...without them ending up hating God!”
