Welcome to our Service today!

10.00am - Prayer for our services.  All welcome.

10.45am – Morning Service

After the service, prayer is available for anyone who would like to be prayed with – please make your way to the front of the church where the prayer team will meet you.  Please join us for tea and coffee after the service in the hall.  If you are a visitor here today, we have a welcome leaflet available.  Please ask if you have not received one.

6.00pm – Evening service

Hearing Loop – There is a loop system available downstairs in the centre seating block for those who need it.

Rainbow Party

Our annual Rainbow Party, aimed at 5 - 11 year olds, will be here at the church on Wednesday 31st October from 6pm - 8pm.  This year we are using the material 'Better than Halloween'.   If you haven't already done so, please sign up at the back today if you would like to help and/or to get tickets for your children and their friends.

Nancy & Phillip in Concert

Nancy & Phillip will be holding a fundraising music concert here on the 24th Nov from 8pm.  There will be new material as well as some of their old songs.  Donations from the evening will go towards the Bulabakulu Orphanage in Uganda.  Tickets are available from the church office or Revelation Bookshop, Chippenham.

Oasis Centre, Austria

This year the Oasis Centre in Vienna will be making up Christmas parcels for + 100 refugees.  Joan and Chris are visiting in November and the Centre has requested the following specific items : English tea, men’s flip flops, men’s trainers,  pens.  Members of the team have asked for lemon curd and shortbread!  Monetary donations would also be welcomed.  Speak to Joan for further details.

Pastoral Care

Pam and Stuart will be away until the 31st October.  Should you have any urgent pastoral needs, please contact Alan K.

Julian House

Julian House which caters for the needs of the homeless and vulnerable in Bath is looking for mugs, blankets, quilts, duvets etc. for their guests. If you are able to help with any of these items, please bring them to the church.  Further details available from Jude.

Junior Church

Please could all teachers and assistants complete any outstanding CRB and reference forms asap and return them to Debbie or Graham.

Street Work, Corsham

Alanna is interested in starting up an evening street work ministry in Corsham on Friday and/or Saturday nights.  She will require a team to work alongside her, as well as a team who would be praying on that same evening.  If you are interested, please speak to Alanna.

Sound Desk

Paul is looking for more people to help out on the sound desk on Sunday mornings.  If you feel you can help,  please speak to Paul.

Rudloe Tots

Rudloe Tots is one of our Outreach Ministries based at the Rudloe Community Centre on Tuesday mornings.  In the last year the numbers of adults and children attending has been steadily rising and on a typical week totals 70+.  We have a great team who are committed to serving God but we urgently need the team to expand.  If you are a  Christian who is looking for a place to serve God, please pray about volunteering.  If you are new or newish at Priory Street please feel included in this request!!  Please contact Christine who the Rudloe Tots Team Leader.

Traidcraft

There will be a traidcraft table next Sunday morning after the service.  Take a look at the goods on display and see how you can support 3rd world farmers.  Bex will also be taking Christmas orders.

“The Lord’s Pantry”

The following specific items are needed for The Lord’s Pantry:  pasta cooking sauces, teabags  and tins of soup.  Thank you.

The following groups will not be meeting this week due to half term: Rudloe Tots on Tuesday morning; Priory Street Tots on Thursday morning; Early Morning Prayer on Thursday morning.  Please check with your housegroup co-ordinator whether your group is meeting this week.

Graham will be visiting our mission partner Nana Couffie in Austria from 23rd to 30th October.
