*_Memory verse for the week commencing 18/6/07…_*
/"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put
on the whole armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the
schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but
against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers
over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the
heavenly places." Ephesians 6:10-12/
*_Junior_**_ Church Anniversary – Lydiard Park_*
Sunday 1st July will be our special Junior Church Anniversary Service,
followed by a lunchtime picnic and evening BBQ at Lydiard Park, Swindon.
Bring a picnic lunch, rugs and chairs, ball games and running shoes, and
join in the afternoon of food and fun – the evening BBQ will be
provided, with ending time approx. 6pm. Looking forward to seeing
everyone there! Please note…you do not need to have children in Junior
Church in order to come along!
We will need 3-4 more people to help on the BBQ and serving – if you
would like to help out in this way please speak to Louise or Debbie.
Thank you.

*_Austria_**_ Aid Trip – your help is needed!_*
A team of five people from PSBC will depart for the Oasis centre in
Austria on July 14th, and we want to fill our bags with items that are
needed at the centre. We have received the following requests that we
hope you will be able to donate:-
/To help the refugees:/
Baby bottles for newborns (20 required, second-hand is fine, but new
teats please)
Dummies (20 required)
Men's sports shoes and sandals
/To encourage the Oasis team:/
Some Polo Mints (Miriam)
Lyles Golden Syrup (Christina)
English tea (Eileen)
Also a very specific request for American NABISCO Wheat Thins. These are
for an American who misses her favourite brand of cracker - only this
brand will bring the taste of home to Austria! Do you know where these
can be found in Wiltshire?
All donation of these items (or money to buy the items in Austria) will
be gratefully received. Yours in Christ – the Austria Summer 2007 Aid Team
