Please join us for tea and coffee after the service in the hall. If you are a visitor here today, we have a welcome leaflet available. Please ask if you have not received one.

Welcome
We welcome Alanna to the staff at PSBC this week who will be our new Youth Worker. Alanna has been working in
Retreat Weekend, last day to book today!
There are a few places left for the retreat 13th - 15th October. Booking forms are available from the back of the church today for the Priory Street Retreat Weekend at the Christian Encounter Centre, Shaftsbury. The leaflet gives details of accommodation and costs. All booking forms must be returned to the church office today.
Harvest Service - 1st October
This year for Harvest we will once again be collecting tins for the “doorway” homelessness project in Chippenham. As well as meals, the Project provides a whole range of services to the homeless – see the posters around for more details.
We will be collecting tins of meat, fish, fruit, peas, vegetables, baked beans, tomatoes, rice pudding, tea and coffee. Please bring all offerings to the Sunday services on 1st October.

The new tenant at our Arnolds Mead property has noticed people walking through the garden in order to get to their cars on a Sunday morning!! May we kindly ask that members of PSBC use an alternative route to get to their vehicles. Thank you.
Alpha
The Alpha Supper and Course have been postponed. We apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment this may cause. Information about the next course will be available when a new date has been set.
News from Scott, Army Training Camp,
“I’ve been here now two weeks and am finally starting to enjoy it although it is still is very tough! … continue to pray for me and that God would really use me as a tool to get these guys and their lives on the right path! … I am looking forward to receiving a few letters from any of you who want to write to me … you could even send me a parcel if you feel like it …” For Scott’s full letter see the back notice board.

To Good Homes …
Once a month, in the notice sheet, we are going to highlight any items which church members have that are surplus to their needs and which may be of use to another member of the congregation. We would like to stress that this is not an opportunity to sell items, but rather to pass them on, for free, to folk who may need them. If you have any item/s, please contact Louise at the church office who will include the item in the notice sheet.
