Letter to the Pastor and Congregation of Priory Street Baptist Church from a Malawian student

Dear Pastor Graham and brothers and sisters in Christ,

As I come to the end of my first year, I once again would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and everybody in the church for all your help and support over the past ten months.  I really do appreciate your kindness and am overwhelmed with your amazing generosity and hospitality and I am finding it very difficult to express just how much this means to me.  I do not take this for granted.

I am very grateful to the Food Pantry for fulfilling Romans 12 verse 13 which says, “share with God’s people who are in need, practice hospitality”.

Thank you again for the teachings and fellowship that I have had over the past year and I am looking forward to spending another two years in fellowship with you when I return from my home in Malawi where I am going for a month’s field attachment.
